Payment Methods Policies

We accept the following payment methods, cash, debit or credit cards- bank transfers. Card payments  can be made online.

We do not withhold or save debit/credit card details.

Cash payments must be made in person

Redeeming the collected points does not earn points.

Points can be used as payment for goods only not for deposits, funtion room hire or to purchase gift vouchers

Cancelation Policies

Cancellations must be received  48 hours prior to booking date in order to quilify for full refund

Cancellations must be received 24 hours orior to booking date in order to quilify 50% refund

Booking Policies

Bookings must be made at least 30 mins before arrival

Last booking taken 10 mins before closing

Website Policies

  • Reservations must be made in advance & are subject to availability.
  • All Bookings made online are subject to Approval by the venue
  • Bookings must be made at least 30 minuets before arrival.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any booking at any time,
  • Tables will only be booked for food.
  • Bookings for drinks only will not be approved
  • The venue reserves the right to confirm, approve, cancel or amend any booking at any time
  • Bookings of 6 or more people require a deposit defined by venue at time of booking
  • Bookings will not be confirmed or approved if a required deposit is not been received by the venue at least 48 hours prior.
  • Deposits are only refundable/deductable from your final bill on date of booking.
  • Full refund of deposit will only be given if we (the venue) cancel your booking
  • Tables booked are subject to 3hr maximum stay at table unless otherwise has been agreed with the management
  • Vouchers valid for 3 months.
  • Vouchers must be presented on arrival & can only redeemed in full for food and/or drink.
  • Vouchers used with meal deals may be subject to supplements.
  • The company reserves the right to refuse a voucher.
  • Bookings with buffets must be paid in full before the date of the event unless otherwise agreed
  • The company reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions at any time without prior notice

Mobile Application Policies

  • App must be showed in order to receive any discounts available.
  • Bookings made on app are subject to approval.
  • We reserve the right to cancel, amend or approve any booking.
  • App customers receive points from approved purchaces in venue and/or from our website.
  • Points can only be redeemed in 100 point incerements.
  • We reserve the right to determine points values .
  • Points can only be redeemed in venue for food or drink .
  • Monetary values of points are determined by the venue.
  • A customer wishing to redeem points must provide id before order is placed.
  • To receive points customer id must be provided.
  • Points will be added to one customer profile only, unless bill is being split and all parties pay seperatrely and provide customer id
  • Priority bookings made through the app are subject to avalibillity
  • Priority bookings are for restaraunt only.
  • No priority will be given for bar area
  • Priority bookings are subject to same 3hr stay period as non priority bookings
  • Customers pre ordering food using our app will pay price shown on app
  • Pre ordered food and meal deals CAN NOT be changed
  • All preordered food is subject to availabillity
  • If pre ordered items on the menu are not avalible customer will be notifed through app
  • Events shown on app are subject to change

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Who we share your data with – How long we retain your data

 

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
